Why
is called rujak teplak? because when pouring sauce cassava sound sounds like "teplak...".
Spiciness
level is different, the first level there coconut sauce that did not taste
spicy making it suitable for children and people who do not like spicy. No
further top level, is specifically for lovers of spicy.
If
you are curious and interested to try it out, you can make your own with kale,
cassava leaves, papaya leaves, bean sprouts, cowpeas as rujaknya material. and
cassava, coconut, chilli and water as an ingredient sauces. very easy right?
